The Administrative Team at CERGAM
The CERGAM administrative team provides support and assistance to its members. The team is led by Fabienne PAUL, who is responsible for administrative and financial management. She is supported in these duties by Catherine AVILES and Lély TAN. In addition to her role, Lély TAN oversees communication and event management for the laboratory.
The administrative team is primarily responsible for managing travel arrangements for faculty members and doctoral students, organizing thesis/HDR defenses, and handling orders and purchases. Each administrative staff member is assigned a group of faculty members and doctoral students to manage.
