Présentation

Amandine MAUS est maître de conférences à la Faculté d'Économie et de Gestion d'Aix-Marseille Université, où elle est responsable de la mention Licence de Gestion. Elle est également membre du laboratoire CERGAM et directrice opérationnelle de la Chaire Légitimité Entrepreneuriale d’Aix-Marseille Université. Sa recherche, qui a remporté le prix de la meilleure thèse en entrepreneuriat de l’Académie de l’Entrepreneuriat et de l’Innovation en 2020, porte plus largement sur les structures d’accompagnement entrepreneurial, leurs business models, capacités dynamiques et légitimité. Lauréate en 2025 d’un ANR JCJC pour le projet international « FOster Success and Performance of Inclusive Entrepreneurship », elle étudie les facteurs de performance et de légitimité de l’entrepreneuriat inclusif.

Amandine Maus is an associate professor at the Faculty of Economics and Management at Aix-Marseille University, where she is Head of the Bachelor’s program in Management. She is also a member of the CERGAM research laboratory and the operational director of the Entrepreneurial Legitimacy Chair at Aix-Marseille University. Her research, which received the 2020 Best Dissertation Award in Entrepreneurship from the Academy of Entrepreneurship and Innovation, broadly focuses on entrepreneurial support organizations, their business models, dynamic capabilities, and legitimacy. In 2025, she was awarded an ANR JCJC grant for the international project “FOster Success and Performance of Inclusive Entrepreneurship,” through which she investigates the drivers of performance and legitimacy in inclusive entrepreneurship.
