This methodological seminar will offer an overview of BERTopic, a state-of-the-art topic modeling technique based on machine learning that is extensively used in Natural Language Processing (NLP) applications to infer topics within unstructured textual data and images. It will also highlight its applications in marketing, with examples from ongoing projects on the metaverse and the influencer/creator economy.
This presentation, will be done by Changxu (Victor) LI a PhD researcher at KU Leuven and a visiting scholar at Goethe University Frankfurt. His research lies at the intersection of marketing strategy, AI, digital marketing, and service marketing.
